Personal data we collect
We collect your name, email address, and postcode, so that we can process the suggestions you provide through this website effectively. You will be able to submit your suggestions anonymously if you wish. We do not share your information with third parties or use it for any other purpose other than analysing your suggestions. All personal data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months.
Your suggestions and preferences: We record the suggestions and preferences you make on this website. Your suggestions are analysed along with all other suggestions from your community. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Visitors to this website: We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect information on how you use the site, using cookies and page tagging techniques. The information we - and Google - collect doesn't identify anyone, and is kept for a maximum of 38 months.
Email alerts. We collect your email address, name and subscription preferences when you agree to receive notifications by email. We use a third party service, Mailchimp, to collect this information. We also track how our emails are used - for example whether you open them and which links you click on. If you've signed up for email notifications, you can unsubscribe or change your settings at any time by selecting the 'unsubscribe' link that appears in every email. Once you have unsubscribed, your details will be deleted immediately from the system.
Contact form: If you contact us asking a question or giving feedback, we collect your email address and any other personal data contained in your message. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Our website will place a “cookie” on your computer to help improve your experience when you visit our site and navigate through our site. You can delete it using your browser settings (these vary depending on which software you are using).

You have a right of access to any personal data we hold about you, by making a Subject Access Request (SAR) to our contact email below.
In addition, if you believe that the data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete you can ask us to update our records. If you are unhappy with the way in which we process your personal data you can request that we stop or restrict the processing of your data or ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you.
